Cape Cod is famous for their Cranberry Bogs - So we wanted in!
We may have wanted in on the fame - but there is so much to be said of their high quality products AND we get to source locally! We at Enchanted Chocolates aim to use local ingredients as much as possible. So we were eager to source these dried berries from the local farmers on the Cape. That being said - you can tell the difference when you bite into these treats. We've found the dried berries are 30% more plump than your average dried Cranberry. And to adding to their greatness - they are preservative free! The beauty of shopping small and shopping local. ❤
Ok so the run down: we pan these famous cranberries with our 70% cacao premium dark chocolate. And oh the sweet pairing it is!
