We Literally Can't Cook These Fast Enough...!

We probably could produce these every day of the week and STILL sell out at the local farmer's market, in our retail store, and have orders back up for days. This is because a LOT of labor goes into the golden delicious caramel and not many are qualified for the high temps we need to work with in making these. 

Our caramels are all made in small batches, poured by hand, and once they've cooled enough we dip them in our fine 70% dark chocolate. A bit of Martha's Vineyard Sea Salt is sprinkled delicately in the center to complete the look.
