Have you ever made nonpareils? Probably not, but they're just as fun to eat as they are to make! Shown here is the Rainbow version of these classic favorites. This particular version was named and created just after the birth of Finnegan, the first of a new generation in our family. We were so thrilled - we just had to celebrate in the kitchen!
These little morsels are made with our 70% cacao dark chocolate and with the nonpareil seeds to match the season or our mood that day! It takes a team effort to make these, as one person "plunks" down the chocolate while the other evenly (or sometimes not so evenly...) shakes the seeds all over the tray! With a full spectrum of colors at our disposal, we get creative with seasonal varieties all year long - dressed for any occasion!
